Kari began her dental career over three decades ago as a dental assistant and has excelled in many roles in the dental profession working as a front office team member, Office Manager and Practice Administrator. After returning to school and earning a degree in Business Management, she reached her career goal of helping practices as a Dental Consultant. However, she realized she missed the personal interactions with parents and patients of working in an office. Kari appreciates being a part of the outstanding, quality focused team at Canyon Ridge Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, Kari enjoys riding her horses and camping in the mountains as well as competing in horse events all over Colorado and neighboring states.

Alyssa recently moved to Colorado from her hometown in South Dakota. She is a great asset to our practice and is focused on providing ease of scheduling for all our parents. She enjoys the personal interaction of patients and parents, watching the kids enter the practice with a smile and excited for their appointments. Learning about dentistry has increased her interest in becoming a dental hygienist. Alyssa loves to bake in her free time, hiking and watching sports.

Lilly, a Colorado Native, grew up in the dental field. Having a mom who managed a dental office gave Lily a great start to a fulfilling career. She prides herself in understanding the different nuisances of dental insurance so she can provide accurate treatment plans to our parents. She went to college on a D1 Lacrosse scholarship where she was studying graphic design and sports medicine, but dentistry is where her heart remains. Lily enjoys running, having completed several marathons, playing Lacrosse, spending time with her Golden Retriever, Wilson, and her family.

With an upbeat personality and optimistic outlook Julie is a wonderful asset to our office! As a Certified Dental Assistant she performs a variety of patient care duties. A native of California, Julie moved to Colorado in December 2016 and shortly after joined Dr. Thomas and his team. As a mother, Julie enjoys the laughter and playfulness of children, which has made this job a perfect fit! When she isn’t at the dental office she spends time with her family, son, fiancé and her beloved cats and dogs. She loves to go shopping, travel, explore the great outdoors, and attend car races and shows.

Aliyah went to dental assisting school right out of High School and completed her externship at our office. We loved her friendly personality so much that we hired her!! She has furthered her dental education by receiving her EDDA certification. Aliyah enjoys meeting new people as well as helping kids by guiding them to better oral health habits as well as listening to their stories! She grew up in Parker and happens to be a former patient of the practice. Away from the practice, she enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with Littlebear, her pomerian-chihuaha mix.

Kayla started her dental career at our office and is now pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. She really enjoys teaching our patients about oral health care and setting them up for a lifetime of healthy teeth. She also enjoys interacting with our patients by getting to them and their parents. When she is not at the office she enjoys hiking and fishing in the mountains, spending time with her dogs, Ollie and Patches. Kayla really appreciates all the support she receives from her friends and family.

Ashlea was born in Georgia, raised in Texas and loves living in Colorado. The daughter of a dental hygienist, Ashlea decided to pursue a dental assisting certificate allowing her a career of helping patients learn how to maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime. As a mother of a young son, she really enjoys the daily interactions of educating our patients and supporting them through dental procedures. When not at the office, she spends time with her son, family and enjoys playing video games.
